*big sigh of relief* Finally the image displays properly...x_X
The Nether Beast was created by Bharvili, lord of devils, during the first great Elemental war. It is one of his three Terrors he created, this being the Terror of the land (the others are sky and sea). It lives in one of the lowest realms of Hell. It is of monstrous size, about a mile in full height. The lower body, hidden in this picture, is a mess of black roots and junk, which it uses to drain the life and energy from the ground it treads. The Nether Beast has no eyes but its other senses are extremely acute. It has two layers of skin, the smooth striped one and the thick stippled one with rips and stitches in it. And it has a giant tree on its head x3
Seven weeks of work on and off. This beast is why I haven't been submitting much else because it has been demanding all of my attention. But look!! DSK stippled!! ^___^

this is some truly inspired work, I love the sheer amount of detail put into the picture, yet it is still easy to read. The really dark roots really stand out.
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
